After moving to Melbourne, Australia, in 2013, Pippa founded community choir Beyond The Bathroom and continued to work with them as their Artistic Director from 2013-19. In 2016, Pippa oversaw the incorporation of Beyond The Bathroom Choir as a Community Association, in which form it continues to thrive and create joyful music.
In recent years, Pippa has worked as Artistic Director and Conductor of Murray Conservatorium Choir, Murray Conservatorium Vocal Consort and Beyond The Bathroom Choir. Previous long term Choral Conducting and Vocal Coaching engagements include Music Gallery Academy, Murray Conservatorium, Australian Children's Choir, Melbourne Children’s Choir, Outer Urban Projects, Railway Neighbourhood House Choir, Creativity Australia, Manchester Communication Academy, The Greater Manchester Music Hub and Simply Singing.
